The AP0202AT is a dedicated automotive image coprocessor that enables flexible camera platforms using ON Semiconductor's megapixel high dynamic range (HDR) sensors. A two-chip solution of sensor and co-processor enables multiple camera price and performance points, enables board design reuse, fast time to market, and design flexibility. Sensor performance is improved by reducing the heat generated by a separate co-processor chip while enabling high-performance functions. AP0202AT includes a complete imaging CPT, supporting up to 2 megapixel sensors. It provides parallel and OpenLDI output interfaces. This coprocessor combines ON Semiconductor's AR0230AT, AR0132AT, AR0140AT and AR0136AT HDR automotive sensors for digital surround view cameras.
