Diode/Bridge Rectifier

NTS1045EMFS and NRVTS1045EMFS are very low leakage trench Schottky diodes. This new technology enables low forward voltage drop without the high reverse leakage found in planar Schottky diodes. This platform also provides very stable switching characteristics over a wide temperature range, making it an ideal output for switching power supplies.

The BAS21AHT1G is a low-drain switching diode with SOD-323 encapsulation. This device is the same as the BAS21HT1G, but with improved performance and compliance with reverse leakage current (IR) specifications.
