The MC10/100EP33 is an integrated divide-by-4 divider. Differential clock input. Only the VBB pin, the internally generated supply voltage, is provided for this device. For the single-ended input case, the unused differential input is tied to VBB as the switch reference voltage. VBB can also re-bias the AC-coupled input. When used, decouple VBB and VCC through a 0.01 uF capacitor and limit the current source or sink to 0.5mA. VBB should be left open when not in use. The reset pin is asynchronous and asserted on the rising edge. On power up, the internal flip-flop will reach a random state; reset to synchronize multiple EP33s in a system. The 100 series includes temperature compensation.

The MC74VHC1GT02 is a single-gate 2-input NOR fabricated using a silicon-gate CMOS process. This internal circuit consists of multiple stages including a buffer output that provides high noise immunity and stable output. The device inputs are compatible with TTL type input thresholds and the outputs have full 5.0 V CMOS level output swings. The input protection circuitry on this device allows for overvoltage tolerance on the inputs allowing this device to be used as a logic level translator from 3.0 V CMOS logic to 5.0 V CMOS logic or from 1.8 V CMOS logic to 3.0 V CMOS logic with high Operates under voltage power supply. The MC74VHC1GT02 input structure provides protection for applied voltages up to 5.5 V regardless of the supply voltage. So the MC74VHC1GT02 is used to interface 5 V circuits to 3 V circuits. The output structure also provides protection when VCC = 0V. These input and output structures help prevent device damage due to supply voltage - input/output voltage mismatch, battery backup, hot insertion, etc.
