The NLSX5004 is a 4-bit configurable dual-supply auto-sensing bi-directional level shifter that does not require a direction control pin. Ports A and B are designed to track two different supply rails, VCCA and VCCB, respectively. Independent VCCA and VCCB power rails, configurable from 0.9 V to 3.6 V. The NLSX5004 has a dynamic high output current capability, the converter is capable of driving high capacitive loads. An enable input pin is provided that can be used to reduce power consumption. The EN pin can be used to 3-state both I/O ports to disable both ports, significantly reducing supply current to VCC and VL. These pins are referenced to the VCCA supply. The NLSX5004 has an active high enable (EN).

The LVX74 is a dual D-type flip-flop with asynchronous Clear and Set inputs, and complementary (Q, Q#) outputs. The information on the input is transferred to the output on the rising edge of the clock pulse. After the "Clock" input threshold voltage is exceeded, the "Data" input is latched and no existing information can be passed to the output until the next rising edge of the "Clock" input. Asynchronous input: Low input of S#D (set) will set Q high, low input of C#D (clear) will set Q low Clear and set are independent of clock, C Simultaneous low on #D and S#D causes both Q and Q# to be high
