The NC7SP08 is a two-input AND single-gate from ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power (ULP) family. Suitable for applications where battery life is critical, this product features ultra-low power consumption over a VCC operating range of 0.9V to 3.6V. The internal circuitry consists of a minimal inverter stage including output buffers for ultra-low static and dynamic power consumption. The NC7SP08 is designed for lower drive requirements with optimized power consumption and speed. It is uniquely designed with an advanced CMOS process to achieve the best operating speed while maintaining low CMOS power consumption.
