The NC7WV125 is a double buffer with 3-state output, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power-A (ULP-A) family. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. This product is suitable for wide low voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V VCC) and applications that require more drives and higher speed than the TinyLogic ULP series, but still provide optimal low power operation. The NC7WV125 has a unique design that optimizes power consumption and speed, and uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power consumption.
