SN74AC14 Hex Schmitt Trigger Inverter

The LCX245 contains eight non-inverting bidirectional buffers with 3-state outputs for bus-oriented applications. The device is suitable for low-voltage (2.5V and 3.3V) VCC applications and is capable of interfacing to a 5V signal environment. The T/R# input determines the direction of data flow through the device. The OE# input places the A and B ports in a high-impedance state, thereby disabling both. The LCX245 uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS.

MC74HCT125A has the same pinout as LS125. The device inputs are compatible with standard CMOS and LSTTL outputs. The MC74HCT125A non-inverting buffer is suitable for use in 3-state memory address drivers, clock drivers, and other bus-oriented systems. The device has four independent output enables, all active low.
