The LCX74 is a dual D-type flip-flop with asynchronous clear and set inputs and complementary (Q, Q#) outputs. Information from the input is transferred to the output on the positive-going edge of the clock pulse. After the clock pulse input threshold voltage has passed, the data input is blocked, and the current information will not be transferred to the output until the next clock pulse input rising edge.
