74AUP1G98 is a general-purpose configurable 2-input logic gate with high performance and low power consumption. It is an ideal solution for battery-powered portable applications. This product is designed for a wide low voltage range (0.8V to 3.6V) ensuring very low static and dynamic power consumption over the entire voltage range. All inputs are implemented with hysteresis to allow slow transitions of input signals and improve switching noise immunity.

The 74AUP1G95 has multiple configurations with three inputs and thus provides a variety of functions. Possible logic functions available are AND, NAND, OR, NOR and XNOR as well as inverter and buffer functions.
