Logic device/transceiver/encoder

The LCX16240 contains sixteen inverting buffers with 3-state outputs that can be used as memory and address drivers, clock drivers, and bus-oriented transmitter/receivers. The device is nibble controlled. Each nibble has a separate 3-state control input that can be shorted for full 16-bit operation. The LCX16240 is suitable for low-voltage (2.5V or 3.3V) VCC applications, capable of interfacing with 5V signal environments. The LCX16240 uses an advanced CMOS process to achieve high-speed operation while maintaining the low power consumption of CMOS.
