The MOCD223M consists of a Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diode optically coupled to a monolithic silicon photodarlington detector in a small surface mount plastic encapsulation. MOCD223M is a dual channel version of MOC223M. They are ideal for high-density applications and do not require through-board mounting.

The MOCD217M device consists of two Gallium Arsenide Infrared Emitting Diodes optically coupled to two monolithic silicon phototransistor detectors in a small surface mount plastic encapsulation. It is suitable for high-density applications without the need for through-board mounting.

The H11LXM series features a high-speed integrated circuit detector optically coupled to a gallium arsenide infrared light-emitting diode. The output incorporates a Schmitt trigger, providing hysteresis for noise immunity and pulse shaping. The detector circuit is optimized for operational simplicity and utilizes an open collector output for maximum application flexibility.
