FAN7601B is a programmable frequency green current mode PWM controller. It is ideal for off-line adapter applications and auxiliary power supplies that require high efficiency at light and no load conditions. The internal high voltage enables switching and Burst Mode reduces power consumption. FAN7601B includes protection features such as latch and overvoltage. Latch protection can be used for overvoltage protection, high temperature protection and other protection functions. Soft-start prevents output voltage overshoot at start-up.

The FSQ0370 consists of an integrated current-mode pulse-width modem (PWM) and an avalanche-tolerant 700V SenseFET device. It is designed for high-performance off-line Switch Mode Power Supplies (SMPS) with minimal external components. Integrated PWM controller features include: fixed frequency generator oscillator, undervoltage lockout (UVLO) protection, leading edge blanking (LEB), optimized gate on/off driver, thermal shutdown (TSD) protection and Temperature compensated precision current source for loop compensation and fault protection circuits. Compared to discrete MOSFET and controller or RCC switching converter solutions, the FSQ0370 reduces overall component count, design size and weight; while improving efficiency, productivity and system reliability. These devices provide an optimal base platform for cost-effective flyback converter designs such as PC auxiliary power supplies.
