The MC33275 series are miniature power dissipation low-drainage (LDO) linear regulators with multiple output voltages and DPAK SOT-223 and SOP-8 surface mount encapsulation. These devices feature very low quiescent current and are capable of supplying output current in excess of 300 mA. Internal current and high temperature limit protection is provided by a short circuit at the output and an internal high temperature shutdown circuit. MC33275 An MC33375 with switch control is available. Due to the low input-output voltage dropout and bias current specifications, these devices are suitable for battery-powered computers, consumer and industrial equipment that require long battery life.
