The NCP565/NCV565 low-drain (LDO) linear regulators deliver 1.5 A in fixed voltage options or adjustable voltage versions from 7.7 V down to 0.9 V. Fast loop response and low drain voltage make this regulator suitable for applications requiring low voltage and excellent transient response. Device protection includes current limit, short-circuit protection, and thermal shutdown. NCP565 adopts D2PAK, DFN6 or SOT-223 encapsulation.
