The NB7L585 is a 1:6 LVPECL clock/data distribution chip with a 2:1 clock/data input multiplexer with input select pins. The INx/INxb inputs include internal 50 Ω termination resistors and accept LVPECL, CML, or LVDS logic levels. The NB7L585 replicates six identical copies of the output for clock or data running at up to 5 GHz or 8 Gbps. Therefore, the NB7L585 is ideal for SONET, GigE, Fiber Channel, backside electrodes, and other clock/data distribution applications. The NB7L585 operates from a 2.5 V or 3.3 V power supply. The NB7L585 is a high-performance clock product of the GigaComm series.
