RTC clock synchronization buffer driver delay chip

The MC10EL/100EL11 is a differential 1:2 fan-out buffer. This device is similar in function to the E111 device, but with higher performance. The EL11's in-device skew rate and output transit time are significantly faster than those of the E111, making it ideal for applications requiring ultimate AC performance. The differential inputs of the EL11 employ clamping circuits to maintain stability under open-circuit input conditions. If the input is left open (pull to VEE), the Q output will go low. The 100 series includes temperature compensation.
