ON Semiconductor's AR0141CS is a 1/4 inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1280H x 800V effective pixel array. It includes a variety of sophisticated camera features such as intra-pixel binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. AR0141CS produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing continuous video and single frame images simultaneously, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as surveillance and high-definition video.
