The AR0521 is a 1/2.5-inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 2592 (H) × 1944 (V) effective pixel array. It can capture images in linear or high dynamic range mode with rolling shutter readout, which includes complex camera functions such as binning, windowing, and video and single frame modes. Designed for both low light and high dynamic range performance, it features interlaced T1/T2 readout to support off-chip HDR in the ISP chip. AR0521 produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing continuous video and single frame images simultaneously, suitable for security applications.

ON Semiconductor's C-Series silicon photomultiplier (SiPM) sensors feature an industry-leading low dark count rate of 30 kHz/mm2 and excellent breakdown voltage uniformity of ±250 mV. High Photon Detection Efficiency (PDE) extends into the blue part of the spectrum using a high-volume CMOS process. The C-Series sensors are available in 1 mm, 3 mm and 6 mm sizes as well as a variety of microcell sizes. These devices are housed in a tileable moldable leadframe (MLP) package that is compatible with industry standard, leadless, reflow soldering processes. The C-Series also features a unique fast output for fast timing applications.
