Automotive-grade, remote and local temperature sensor 8-VSSOP with N-factor and series resistance correction

The PYTHON 16K is a 16.8 Mp (4096 x 4096 pixels) 10-bit CMOS image sensor with APS-H optical format that supports up to 120 frames per second readout at full resolution. t High sensitivity 4.5 µm pixels support low noise pipeline and triggered global shutter read mode. The sensor also supports Correlated Double Sampling (CDS) readout in global shutter mode, reducing noise and improving dynamic range. The sensor is programmed using a four-wire serial peripheral interface. Blackness can be calibrated automatically, or adjusted with a user-programmable offset. The sensor also supports readout of up to 32 individual regions of interest (ROIs) for increased frame rates. Image data is accessed via 32, 16, 8 or 4 LVDS channels, each running at 720 Mbps, providing a single synchronous channel for image reconstruction. The PYTHON 16K is housed in a 355-pin ?PGA package and is available in monochrome, Bayer color, and extended near-infrared (NIR) configurations.
