The AR0144 is a 1/4 inch, 1.0 Mp CMOS digital image sensor with a 1280H x 800V effective pixel array. It incorporates a new innovative global shutter pixel design for accurate and fast moving scene capture. The sensor produces clear, noise-free images in low-light and bright scenes. It includes various sophisticated camera functions such as automatic exposure control, windowing, row skip mode, column skip mode, pixel binning, and video and single frame modes. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR0144 produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing continuous video and single frame images simultaneously, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as scanning and industrial inspection.

The AP0101AT is a dedicated automotive image coprocessor that enables flexible camera platforms using ON Semiconductor's megapixel high dynamic range (HDR) sensors. A two-chip solution of sensor and co-processor enables multiple camera price and performance points, enables board design reuse, fast time to market, and design flexibility. Sensor performance is improved by reducing the heat generated by a separate co-processor chip while enabling high-performance functions. AP0101AT is suitable for automotive digital surround view system. It is used in conjunction with ON Semiconductor's AR0132AT HDR automotive sensor.
