The AR0230CS is a 1/2.7-inch CMOS digital image sensor with a 1928 (H) x1088 (V) effective pixel array. It can capture images in linear or HDR mode with rolling shutter readout. It includes a variety of sophisticated camera features such as intra-pixel binning, windowing, and video and single-frame modes. It works well for both low light and high dynamic range scene performance. It is programmable through a simple two-wire serial interface. The AR0230CS produces very clear and sharp digital images and is capable of capturing both continuous video and single-frame images simultaneously, making it suitable for a variety of applications such as surveillance and high-definition video.
