This N-channel enhancement mode Power MOSFET product is produced using Fairchild Semiconductor's proprietary planar stripe and DMOS technologies. This advanced MOSFET technology has been tailored to reduce on-resistance and provide excellent switching performance and high avalanche energy strength. These devices are suitable for switching power supplies, active power factor correction (PFC), and lighting electronic ballasts.

This N-channel MOSFET is produced using the advanced PowerTrench process incorporating shielded gate technology. This process is optimized to minimize on-resistance while maintaining excellent switching performance.
