The FAN7361/FAN7362 monolithic high-side gate driver ICs can drive MOSFETs and IGBTs operating up to +600V. ON Semiconductor's high-voltage process and common-mode interference suppression technology provide stable operation of the high-side driver under high dv/dt interference conditions. Advanced level shifting circuitry provides high side gate driver operation up to VS = -9.8V (typ) for VBS = 15V. A UVLO circuit prevents malfunction when VBS is below a specified threshold voltage. The output driver typically sources/sinks 250mA/500mA respectively and is suitable for fluorescent lamp ballasts, PDP scan drivers, motor control, etc.
