The NC7SV04 is a dual inverter, part of ON Semiconductor's TinyLogic Ultra Low Power-A (ULP-A) series. ULP-A is suitable for applications requiring very high speed, high drive and low power consumption. This product is suitable for a wide low voltage operating range (0.9V to 3.6V VCC) and applications requiring more drives and higher speed than the TinyLogic ULP series, yet still provides best-in-class low-power operation. Specifically designed to optimize power and speed, the NC7WV04 is fabricated using advanced CMOS technology, enabling high-speed operation while maintaining low CMOS power consumption.
