The NCP160 is a linear regulator capable of delivering 250 mA output current. The NCP160 device is specifically designed to meet RF and analog circuit requirements, offering low noise, high PSRR, low quiescent current, and very good load/line transients. The device is designed with 1 µF input and 1 µF output ceramic capacitors. It features two thickness ultra-small 0.35P, 0.64 mm x 0.64 mm chip scale encapsulation (CSP), XDFN4 0.65P, 1 mm x 1 mm encapsulation.
