The NCV47722 High Side Switch (HSS) is 250 mA per channel and is suitable for harsh automotive environments. The device features high peak input withstand voltage, as well as reverse input voltage, reverse bias, overcurrent, and overtemperature protection. Integrated current sensing (adjustable for each channel with resistors connected to the CSO pin) provides diagnostic and system protection functions. The CSO pin output current produces a voltage drop across the CSO resistor that is proportional to the output current for each channel. Extended diagnostic functions in the shutdown state are also provided, controlled through dedicated input and output pins.
