Descripción
The NB7V58M is a high performance differential 2:1 clock or data multiplexer. The differential inputs contain internal 50 Ω termination resistors accessed through the VT pin. This feature enables the NB7V58M to accept various logic level standards such as LVPECL, CML or LVDS. The NB7V58M minimizes clock or data jitter and operates at speeds up to 7GHz and 10.7Gbps respectively. Therefore, the NB7V58M is ideal for SONET, GigE, Fiber Channel, backplane and other clock/data distribution applications. The 16mA differential CML output provides matched internal 50Ω termination and provides a 400mV output swing when terminated externally with a 50Ω resistor to VCC. The NB7V58M is housed in a thin 3mm x 3mm 16-pin QFN package and is part of GigaComm's family of high-performance clock/data products. The pin-compatible NB7VQ58M is also available for applications requiring equalization.
